Welcome to papperdinejeans.com, operated by PT Inovasi Garmen Indonesia ("Papperdine", "we"). By placing an order on this website you agree to these terms.

Orders & payment

  • An order is confirmed once payment is received in full through the payment methods available at checkout (QRIS, bank transfer, e-wallet, and others). All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah and include VAT (PPN).
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. Cancelled orders are refunded in full.
  • Promotional prices, discount codes, and free-shipping offers may have conditions (minimum spend, member login, eligible products) stated at the time of the offer, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

Member accounts

  • Creating an account is free via email login. Member benefits (such as the MEMBER15 discount) require being logged in at checkout and meeting the stated conditions.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for access to your email address.

Store credit

  • Store credit issued by us can only be used at checkout on papperdinejeans.com while logged in. It has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.

Products

  • We photograph products as accurately as possible; slight color differences may occur due to screen settings and the nature of washed denim, where each piece can vary slightly. These variations are characteristics of the product, not defects.

Returns, exchanges & shipping are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property — All content on this website (photos, logos, product names, text) is the property of PT Inovasi Garmen Indonesia and may not be used without written permission.

Governing law — These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are settled by deliberation first; failing that, through the competent courts in Jakarta.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies at the time of your order.
