1. Bagaimana cara memesan produk? Pilih produk → pilih ukuran/warna → klik Add to CartCheckout → isi data pengiriman → pilih metode pembayaran → konfirmasi pesanan. Pemesanan melalui website mendapatkan harga spesial.

2. Metode pembayaran apa saja yang tersedia?

  • QRIS
  • Transfer Bank
  • E-Wallet (OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay)

3. Berapa lama pengiriman pesanan saya?

  • Pengiriman reguler: 2–5 hari kerja (tergantung lokasi)
  • Pengiriman instan (GoSend): same-day, tersedia di area tertentu
  • Pesanan yang masuk sebelum pukul 16.00 diproses di hari yang sama

4. Kurir apa yang tersedia? JNE, J&T, SiCepat, dan GoSend Instant.

5. Bagaimana cara melacak pesanan saya? Kamu dapat melacak pesanan melalui halaman Lacak Pesanan di website kami, atau menghubungi admin melalui halaman Contact Us.

6. Apakah harga di website sudah termasuk ongkir? Belum. Ongkos kirim akan dihitung otomatis saat checkout sesuai alamat pengiriman.

7. Apakah produk Papperdine asli? Semua produk di website kami 100% original dan self-manufactured.


8. Apakah stok produk selalu tersedia? Website kami otomatis menampilkan stok yang tersedia. Jika habis, produk akan ditandai Sold Out.

9. Ukuran apa saja yang tersedia? Papperdine tersedia dalam berbagai ukuran. Harap cek Size Guide kami sebelum memesan karena ukuran dapat berbeda-beda tergantung model.

10. Apakah jeans Papperdine ada yang stretch? Kami memiliki pilihan jeans stretch maupun non-stretch. Cek deskripsi produk untuk menemukan yang paling cocok untukmu.

11. Apakah bisa tukar ukuran? Bisa. Hubungi admin kami melalui halaman Contact Us.

12. Apa kebijakan pengembalian barang? Pengembalian diterima maksimal 3 hari setelah pesanan diterima. Video unboxing lengkap wajib disertakan sebagai bukti kondisi produk. Tanpa video, pengembalian tidak dapat diproses. Hubungi admin kami melalui halaman Contact Us.

13. Apakah Papperdine mengirim ke luar Indonesia? Saat ini kami hanya melayani pengiriman ke seluruh wilayah Indonesia.

14. Apakah ada promo atau diskon? Ya! Kami sesekali mengadakan promo menarik. Pantau terus website dan media sosial kami untuk info terbaru.

15. Apakah ada minimum pembelian? Tidak ada minimum pembelian.
 
16. Siapa yang menanggung ongkir untuk pengembalian barang?

  • Jika barang yang diterima rusak atau tidak sesuai dengan pesanan → ongkos kirim pengembalian ditanggung Papperdine
  • Jika pengembalian karena salah pilih ukuran → ongkos kirim pengembalian ditanggung pembeli

6. Does the product price include shipping? No. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

7. Are Papperdine products original? All products on our website are 100% original and self-manufactured,

9. What sizes are available? Papperdine is available in a range of sizes. Please check our Size Guide before ordering as sizing may vary between styles.

10. Are your jeans stretchable? We offer both stretch and non-stretch options. Check the product description to find the right fit for you.

11. Can I exchange for a different size? Yes. Please contact our admin through the Contact Us page.

12. What is your return policy? Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order. A complete unboxing video is mandatory as proof of condition. Without video proof, returns cannot be processed. Contact our admin via the Contact Us page to initiate a return.

13. Do you ship outside Indonesia? Currently we only ship within Indonesia.

14. Are there any promotions or discounts? Yes! We occasionally run exciting promotions. Follow our website and social media for the latest updates.

15. Is there a minimum order? No minimum order required.

16. Who covers the return shipping cost?

  • If the item received is damaged or incorrect → return shipping cost is covered by Papperdine
  • If the return is due to wrong size selection → return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility
